Hot off the press! Last volume of Fasching/Konecny civil procedural law

The latest and last volume of the “Fasching/Konecny” commentary has just been delivered to my office: The end of an era and a new beginning. 

I have the privilege of having contributed a chapter on the Brussels II ter Regulation concerning international child abduction and the right of the child to express his or her views. I am deeply honored by the trust placed in me when invited to contribute to what is truly the most comprehensive Austrian- commentary on civil procedure law.
